INTERIM COVID SAFETY POLICIES & TICKETING FAQS

For the health and safety of everyone, at this time, entry to Revolution Hall’s indoor spaces – which includes our bars – requires either proof of a full course of COVID vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test taken in the prior 72 hours. Test must be medically administered. At-home tests not accepted.**

We will keep everyone posted when this changes. Thanks for your understanding. We really mean that. The show must go on…..

**At the request of a Promoter,  Artist and/or Artist Management, we may require slightly different or enhanced COVID safety measures for a particular show in the auditorium performance area.  Any additional safety requirements will be listed on the show-specific purchase page. Please read any additional requirements carefully as ALL ticket purchases are FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.

What forms of proof are accepted for entry?
Proof of vaccination may include a physical card or a photo of a complete vaccination record card (with the course completed at least 14 days prior) that matches the patron ID. Proof of a negative test (administered by a medical professional; antigen or PCR tests accepted) may be a printed or digital test result that matches the patron ID. Proof via a trusted App also works, e.g.: Excelsior Pass, Clear, VeriFLY, IATA, etc.

Are masks required?
Masks are required in all indoor public spaces per the current Multnomah County mandate unless eating or drinking.

What if you are not vaccinated?
Children under 12, who cannot be vaccinated, can show a negative test to attend. All tests must be medically administered. At-home tests are not accepted. People with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination can attend with proof of a recent negative coronavirus test.

Where does this policy apply?
All indoor spaces at Revolution Hall including access to the Roof Deck Bar.

What safety protocols are in place?
We are operating at normal capacity for shows and in our restaurants & bars. We are also following all state and local safety mandates. We ask anyone who is feeling unwell to stay home. Our staff are required to be vaccinated and wear masks at all times. Curative Health offers walk-up onsite testing near the south parking lots, Weds thru Sundays from 4pm-ish to 10pm-ish.

Where can I get more information regarding COVID-19 vaccination?
If you are not currently vaccinated, you can find out when, where, and how to get a free COVID-19 vaccine via getvaccinated.oregon.gov

Curative Health will be providing FREE on-site testing outside Revolution Hall, Weds-Sun 4pm-10pm. You can make an appointment HEREWalk-ups will be accommodated but please arrive early as test results can take between 15-45 minutes. They offer both the rapid on-site antigen test or the wait-and-see PCR test. Result times do vary, so plan ahead for either type of test.

Or you can find a free testing location near you HERE

What if I lost my vaccination card?
You can request a copy of your vaccination record HERE

What if I have a medical exception and cannot receive the vaccine?
We understand some guests are unable to receive a COVID 19 vaccination due to medical reasons. Therefore, we recommend getting a SARS-CoV-2 test before you head over.

COVID Info for Ticket Purchasers

ALL ticket sales are FINAL, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the show is canceled OR unless a previously scheduled show was moved to a new date; in this scenario, ticket holders will be notified of the new date and will have 30 days to request a refund from the date of the announcement of the rescheduled show date.

If you purchased tickets to a show prior to August 10th, 2021 (when our interim safety policy was announced @ the point of purchase) and you cannot meet (meaning you cannot provide proof of vaccination or present a negative test) our interim admission requirements, we will honor refund requests in this circumstance on a case-by-case basis until October 27th, 2021. With immense respect to our customers and our artists, we cannot offer refunds for any other reason. We thank everyone in advance for your understanding of the above stated policy.

If you are a ticket holder for an event, we are messaging purchasers via email with updates to new dates or show status as soon as that information is available to us. If you have tickets for a postponed or rescheduled show, please hold onto your tickets, your existing ticket(s)  will be honored and the rescheduled date, please check our calendar for updates.

How (and when) do you contact ticket holders about a COVID19 affected show?
Once we work out the logistics with the artist and their management, we will send status and schedule updates to the email address associated with the original ticket purchase. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IN CASE IT WENT THERE. While we are working hard to get all shows rescheduled and customers updated in a timely manner, we humbly request everyone’s patience. Nationwide tours take time to reschedule – it’s like Tetris, only not nearly as fun.

The show I have tickets for was COVID19 postponed to a TBD date, what happens next?
We will work hard to announce the new date when the artist gives us the green light to do so; in the meantime, we ask ticket holders to stand-by and hold on to their tickets. They will be valid at the rescheduled date.

The show I have tickets for was postponed due to COVID19 and a new date was announced. I cannot attend the new date. What are my options?
Once we have messaged all ticket holders the reschedule date, each ticket holder has 30 days from the date of our reschedule announcement to request a refund for their purchase.

The show I have tickets for was canceled due to COVID19. What happens next?
Once the artist or artist management cancels their show and gives us the OK to message ticket holders, we will refund ticket purchasers via the original payment method.

All ticketing and customer service is available online. If you have a question about an existing ticket purchase, please contact us.
