Dear Revolution Hall Friends & Live Music Fans, Roof Deck Revelers, et al,
First, tickets to postponed and unaffected shows in the future are still ON SALE.
Also, you can help keep us flying by ordering gift cards or merchandise at our online store.
For the time being, our office & Washington High School is closed to the public and our 1st floor box office is also temporarily closed. All ticketing and customer service is available online.
The word unprecedented has been thrown around a lot lately, but here we are. In light of the Governor’s closure declarations surrounding COVID19, Revolution Hall has made the unprecedented decision to reschedule all shows thru July – and many beyond that. This has been an extremely difficult decision, but we believe it’s the right one in the face of this global pandemic. We are prioritizing the well-being of our fans, the artists, our staff and our entire community. We are working hard with artists and artist management around the clock later this year or in 2021.
Pending updates from health authorities, Rev Hall plans to reopen for shows when it is safe to do so, as well as our café and bars – including the Roof Deck.
If you’ve purchased a ticket for a Revolution Hall show that has been affected by a COVID19 TBD postponement, reschedule or cancellation: please know you will receive an email on or around the originally scheduled show date with further information after we have completed discussions with the promoter for the show, the artist, and/or artist management.
We promise our team is working diligently to contact all ticket buyers as quickly as possible, but we do ask for your patience. And thank you in advance for it.
If you have a private event booked in the upcoming months, please contact your assigned event manager if you have questions. We are here to help.
To be completely transparent: the concert industry, like so many others, will face tremendous difficulties navigating the economic impact of this pandemic. Gathering places such as music venues depend on travelling artists and their assembly of fans. Musicians and the staff who produce the shows and work the bars will be among the hardest hit. We are committed to doing everything humanly possible during this complicated time to protect our fans, our staff, and the larger Portland community we love. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support during these… unprecedented times. And we can’t wait to get back to what we do best.
The show will go on. The roof deck will be back. Marthas will brew again. Ping Pong will return to Show Bar’s patio. Vegan sandwiches, burgers, and salads will prevail.
Rock ‘n roll is here – TO STAY.
Please stay well in the meantime, take care of yourself and each other.
We will see you soon.
–Team Rev Hall
